It is also worth mentioning that once again the Michelin guide has recognised the region, - in November 2007, they awarded a further three restaurants their first Michelin star. In Barcelona the restaurants Comerç 24 and Lluçarés received their first stars along with Massana in Girona. The restaurant Abac in Barcelona was awarded an additional star and now holds two Michelin stars.
