Private hotel check-in
Dinner - at a seafood restaurant overlooking Port Vell, Barcelona. Guests will relax with an informal group dinner in a private dining room overlooking an array of sailing boats, yachts and the water front of Barcelona. The room extends onto the restaurants terrace where guests can have an aperitif before dinner begins.

Day 3
Buffet Breakfast -hotel
Conference - Full group: final session.
Teambuilding Activity - Corporate Regatta. This fun professionally organised activity allows the group to demonstrate teamwork and of course enjoy a little healthy competition. Each team is allocated a skipper who gives a full briefing of the activity. Teams have the chance to sail a number of trail runs before the competition race begins. Packaged lunches are incorporated into the activity and the day ends with cava celebrations to congratulate the winning team.
Gala Dinner - at the unique emblematic modernist building of Casa Batllo located in the centre of Barcelona on the famous boulevard of Passeig de Gracia. The Casa Batllo is one of the principal creations of the famous architect Antoni Guadi. Live rumba trio to accompany the meal, and the celebrations continue later with music and dancing.

Day 2
Buffet Breakfast - Hotel
Conference - Held within the hotel for ease of the guests and logistics. During the entire day the groups assigned hotel convention staff is on hand to ensure the day runs smoothly, answer questions and immediately solve any issues that arise. Group breaks out into smaller working groups, using 5 small breakout rooms. Coffee break, mid-morning.
Lunch - Buffet lunch in a private dining room at the hotel.
Conference - Afternoon full group session with coffee break.
Dinner & Flamenco show - Only a short ride from the hotel, guests can unwind after the days work with a traditional Flamenco show and dinner in Barcelona.
